Train 4 Life, led by Personal Trainer Ally Fulena, is for anyone who wants the accountability of being part of a group with the benefits of personal training.
The station-based workouts are designed for all fitness levels. The program includes a fit test at the beginning and end, as well as, lifestyle and wellness tips to help you develop healthy habits. Cost covers 2 classes per week and 2 fit tests.

90 Day Y Fitness Challenge
90 Day Y Fitness Challenge is for anyone looking to jump-start their healthy living journey and challenge themselves along the way. Led by Personal Trainer Mike Cubellis, this 3 Month training program will take your fitness to the next level. Utilizing High Intensity Interval Training helps burn fat and create muscle along with other training techniques. Program includes weekly challenges as well as Before and After assessments.
This program is for anyone age 18 & older and will take place at the downtown and Y-Zone branch.
