Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Fitness classes are rooted in a team spirit approach with strong technique and smooth transitions. Classes are taught showing modifications for all fitness levels—ensuring everyone has a positive experience. Classes incorporate the best of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training, giving you a balanced and complete workout! You can do it; we will help!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Release your inner warrior with the Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ fitness class, inspired by martial arts. This high-intensity program is supported by driving music and motivating instructors who will have you punching, striking and kicking your way through more than 500 calories to superior cardio fitness.

Ages: 12 and Up

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYFLOW® an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Ages: 16 and up

The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to new strength every time. Your class, your strength, your benefits! Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight on the barbell will inspire you to get the results you have been looking for! This combination of cardio and strength training will: shape and tone muscles, improve general fitness and well – being, increase bone density, burn up to 500 calories per class, empower you mind!

Full-body cardio and muscle conditioning with BODYSTEP, a step-based group class to lift your fitness and tone your butt and legs
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX ™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. ... During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.
Group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session

This light to medium intensity class combines cycling with total body strength exercises. The first half of class is spent on a stationary bike at an active and enjoyable pace. The other half will be spent sculpting lean muscles from head to toe.  Newcomers should plan to arrive early to be fitted to a bike. This class starts in the Spin Room and moves to the Aerobics Studio.

Hatha Yoga is centered around breath, postures and meditation.

Ages: 12 and up

SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.

SilverSneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills

SilverSneakers® Yoga: Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Spinning is a 45-minute program designed for all levels of abilities. Instructors lead participants through a full program with opportunities to modify each move based on each participant's ability and fitness level. Music is the driving force behind this indoor-cycling program that uses a high performance and fully adjustable stationary, racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun and effective workout for every student, regardless of fitness level. This non-impact high-energy adventure will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training, all on your stationary bike.

The TRX® Suspension® Trainer is the workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class builds muscular endurance and appeals to every fitness level.

Walk your way to better health with our Walk 15 program. This light to moderate cardio program is a great starting point for new health seekers. It is a low impact, multi muscle, calorie torching, walking based workout - with very effective results! Anyone - all fitness levels - can do it!

Why Walk 15? It is our special feature! The music is paced so 15 minutes signifies the time (speed/pace) of most miles... an average pace of 4 mph. Move in many different directions, add a strength component and the result is a high calorie, health enhancing, FUN workout!

From the beginner all the way to the advanced, yoga is a style that encompasses many modifications for those who may have challenges or issues, to those who want a traditional yoga experience.

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. By mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. It’s truly a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
